Cheviot Winery teams up with Food Guru Ina Paarman
Foodie legend Ina Paarman has designed a fabulous African Winter Menu, focussing on venison and in-season veggies. This winter, she pairs her menu with the dense Cheviot Syrah 2006, (4* Platter) for a indulgent dinner celebration.
African style menu
Starter: Green Pea Soup with Basil
Main:
Venison Pie with Port and Prunes
Sweet Potato Mash
Sweet & Sour Roasted Beetroot
Roasted Aubergine Salad
Dessert: Orange Nut Crunchies with Chocolate Drizzle
